The following documents include information about the process for the Youth Development Center Claims Administration and Settlement Fund. Please be aware there are legal requirements when filing a claim, including eligibility for recovery under the Settlement Fund.
Introduction to the Claims Process
**Entry into the administrative claims process does not guarantee an award.
***Your Claim will be evaluated and verified to determine eligibility for payment under the Settlement Fund under the guidelines the Administrator is required to follow. If the Administrator determines an award amount, then he must decide form of payment (lump sum or periodic payments).

Filing a Claim – forms and guides
